Do you have a booking query?
Our customer service staff is only able to help you if you have a valid reference number (e.g. 42345)
generated when you make an accommodation request through our system.

Need more detail on an establishment?
Our customer service staff cannot assist in this respect. Part of the ‘Get an offer’
facility allows you to ask any questions directly to the establishment with no obligation to book.

Do you want to contact the establishment directly?
Note that you are in direct contact with the establishment when you use the ‘Get an offer’ or
‘Book now’ facility. Our customer service staff does not have the mandate to give out mobile phone numbers
or other related contact details unless a booking is confirmed.

Do you have a general request?
Note that our customer service staff can only assist you in the use of the web portal or for any
payment or cancellation queries.

You have had no response from an establishment?
Establishments on rare occasions may take longer than 24 hours to respond to your request,
if your need is more urgent use the facility provided in the email sent to you when you made your
request to send a message to the establishment to indicate your urgency.
If this does not work try another establishment.
