The Bloukrans bridge is the highest single span arch bridge in the world, and is home to the highest commercially operating bungy in the world, according to the Guinness World Book of Records!

The jump is 216m high!

There are three different activities that you can do at Bloukrans, namely bungy jump, flying fox and bridgewalk.

Bungy jump: This is the ultimate thrill! You are secured in a full body harness and the stretchy bungy rope is attached to your legs. You proceed to walk along a specially designed catwalk suspended beneath the bridge, and after a countdown you leap off the bridge at the top of its arch, face first!

Flying Fox: The quickest way to get to your bungy jump destination, this is a 200 m cable slide (“foofie slide”) out onto the archway of the bridge!

This is a great alternative adrenalin rush if the bungy jump is too extreme for you, and is a great option for groups and families.

Bridge walk: This is the perfect way to watch the live “bungy show” up close and personal! Bloukrans is the highest and largest bridge in Africa; the third highest in the world and the largest single span arch bridge in the world.

You walk along a catwalk suspended underneath the bridge as informative guides teach you about the incredible engineering feats that went into building this amazing bridge.
