ArtKaroo houses authentic Karoo fine art.

This gallery was born out of the need to showcase the enormous amount of talent this semi-desert, but majestic area draws - some internationally acclaimed and others emerging.

Exquisite work by artists living in this area, that has previously been available elsewhere, can now be viewed here in Oudtshoorn.

We are situated on the "Golden Mile" to the Cango Caves.

The idea of the gallery developed from a group of artists and it thrives on a mutual sense of ownership and participation.

Guests are invited to imbibe of it's ambience – spend time in it's beautiful and inviting surroundings, drink a glass of wonderful Kango wine, or enjoy cup of good coffee.
