Cape Town's annual International Kite Festival presents spectacular shows by local and international teams, including Japan,USA, India, Malaysia and China among others.

The annual Cape Town International Kite Festival is set to take place in Muizenberg.

This year’s event is themed ‘Uplifting Mind and Body’ and is hosted by Cape Mental Health.

The festival will be open from 10h00 to 18h00 each day and takes place on the lawns surrounding Zandvlei in Muizenberg.

The event annually attracts over 20 000 visitors, including some of the biggest names in kiting in South Africa and from around the globe who fly in to show off their kite creations.
