A relaxed, café-style restaurant / street side bistro called The Common Room, meaning "here" in French, takes care of breakfast, lunch, casual dinners and anything in between from a glass of wine to good coffees.
The Common Room flows from the street-side terrace through the new, spacious interiors decorated in a chic, yet delightfully unbuttoned way to an outdoor fireplace in the garden.
Available seven days a week, the menu offers Margot Janse's unique take on modern cuisine, with many items cooked in a wood-burning oven. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Travelling on Hugenot Street (R45) towards Franschhoek South, turn left into Berg Street and then Ici will be on your right, on the corner of Hugenout & Berg Streets.
