Lowest Price Guarantee explained
Upfront deposit based reservations booked through SABookOnline.com are guaranteed to be the lowest rate you can find.
If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and the same establishment, you must contact us within 24 hours of booking your "upfront deposit" based reservation.
We will cancel the reservation without penalty. This guarantee only applies to upfront deposit based reservations.
Please note that the requirements for claiming the Lowest Price Guarantee are:
- You must have already booked with SABookOnline and have a booking confirmation reference number.
- We must be notifed of the lower offer within 24 hours of the confirmed booking, you must quote your booking confirmation reference number.
- The lower offer must be available for booking with identical specifications of the original request (i.e. same establishment, same guests, same date and same room / units).
- We must be able to independently verify your lower offer, and you must provide supporting details.
Your cancellation will involve us refunding the credit card
provided at the time of booking. The credit will usually appear on your statement within 7-10 business days.
An "upfront deposit" based reservation is a booking where you credit card is processed upfront for a deposit (at the time of accepting the booking).
