Total development at Century City since 1995 has topped R17billion. More than 300 000m2 office space has been committed to date and Century City has become an important office node in the Western Cape having attracted new regional offices for a growing list of blue-chip companies such as Liberty Life, IBM, Discovery Health, Vodacom, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nashua, SAP SA, Comparex, The Louis Group, Business Connexion and Unisys to mention a few.

More than 3500 homes have already been completed and by 2011 there will an estimated 60,000 people living and working in Century City, embracing its people-centered principle of new urbanism by creating a live, work and play environment all in one city.
