Mr. Minato runs the restaurant with his wife. Even if it says "full" on the door, it can happen that a sushi-hungry soul is nonetheless allowed in - if Mr. Minato so decides.

He is regarded as a somewhat odd character who does not suffer criticism particularly well, but that's OK since the sushi is truly excellent, deserving of only praise. He is also rather proud of his appearances in television commercials, so you may be treated to a video.

The sushi tastes wonderful, but although the food is tasty the same cannot be said of the decor.
