Situated in a quiet enclave on the Clarens Golf and Trout Estate, this luxury home is available for the discerning self catering guest. Large double volume lounge has a loft library/study accessed by spiral staircase, TV lounge with plasma screen TV/PVR/DVD, 8 seater dining room, designer farmhouse kitchen, scullery and guest toilet. Folding cottage pane doors allows access from all living areas to the enormous patio with traditional 'afdak', just perfect for summer living. There is a large wood burning fireplace in the lounge and under floor heating in all rooms to keep you warm and cosy in the winter. There are four en suite bedrooms, each with their own entrance and private patio areas. Two of the en suite bathrooms have showers only, one bath only and main has both bath and shower facilities. Daily servicing excluding Sundays. Braai facilities are available as well as off street parking.
The village of Clarens offers an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and interesting shops for the browser. For those who enjoy more physical activities one is spoiled for choice - white water rafting, mountain bike and 4x4 trails, hiking, fly fishing, golf and quad biking. There are also a number of interesting historical sites in the Clarens vicinity.

Directions From Johannesburg: Take the N3 "Heidelberg/Durban" road. Directly after crossing the Vaal River (after the Engen One Stop before Villiers), take the slip-way to the left, which puts you onto the R26. Turn right to cross the bridge (crossing the N3). Follow the R26 to Frankfort. Just before Frankfort, turn right at the T-junction. Pass Frankfort, and cross the Wilge River. About 300m further, watch for a sign board "Reitz/Tweeling" and turn left. Follow the R26, pass Tweeling and Reitz. Drive straight through Bethlehem on the Durban road N5. About 5 km out of Bethlehem, turn right onto the Clarens/Golden Gate road (R712). Travel for about 35 km to Clarens. The Clarens Golf and Trout Estate is on your left just past the entrance to Clarens village. There is a big entrance clearly marked. You will be required to fill in a security form – the house is on Stand 252. As you proceed through the security gate, turn right and travel up the road until you reach Stand 252 (on the right)
