Kruger Safari Package: Three nights in luxury accommodation with dinner, bed and breakfast. The package includes two full-day drives in our open vehicle in Kruger National Park.

Vuka Moya which means "Rising Spirit", offers a gracious welcome that lives up to its name. This bushveld retreat delivers a true African experience combined with today's comforts at a very affordable price. The unique open plan lapa together with blazing log fires under an African canopy of stars, three comfortable chalets and a unique setting in the bush create an ambience that will not be easily forgotten.
Vuka Moya comprises three chalets circling the central entertainment area.
Natural light and soothing tones promise a restful stay.
The décor combines clean tiled floors, solid wood furnishings and ethnically inspired decorations.

Our retreat is a haven for the nature lover and wildlife photographer. Its unique setting and layout allows for the ultimate wildlife experience and accommodation. Birds and animals can be viewed from various decks and open areas. Free roaming wildlife includes impala, zebra, duiker, warthog, kudu, bushbuck and giraffe. Big five game (lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and buffalo) is a common sighting from the lookout points next to the Kruger Park border fence (closest one walking distance from Vuka Moya).

Due to the unique layout and exclusive nature, Vuka Moya is reserved in its entirety for groups large or small. This 4 star camp can accommodate 12 guests in total (3 chalets each sleeping 4). Vuka Moya is thus the ideal destination from where you can explore the Kruger National Park and the rest of the South African Lowveld. * Please note: the chalets are not available separately, the intention of this resort is to hire the resort out to 12 guests simultaneously.

Directions to Vuka Moya Bushveld Retreat
• From Johannesburg take the N12 which joins with the N4 at Witbank. • From Pretoria take the N4 Witbank highway. • Keep on the N4 and pass Middelburg, Machadodorp and Waterval Boven. • Go through Nelspruit on the N4 and follow the Komatipoort signs. • After Nelspruit you will pass Kaapmuiden, Malelane and Hectorspruit. • 14.5 km’s after Hectorspruit turn left at the Tenbosch sign, onto a gravel road. • After about 10 km’s you will enter the gate to Marloth Park. • Continue on the tarred road until you get to Steenbok Street - turn right. • Turn left in Zebra. • Turn right in Berghaan. • Continue until you get the entrance for Vuka Moya on your right.

Overview
| ** Please note: the chalets are not available separately, the entire group must be let. Each chalet sleeps four people and consists of a lounge and two sleeping areas (one being a loft). The loft of each chalet walks onto a deck from which sundowners and wildlife can be enjoyed. Each unit has an on-suite bathroom and also a bar fridge to keep drinks cold. The main unit is equipped with two upper decks. These can be used for relaxation, game viewing or just reading. The main unit functions as the entertainment area. A lovely kitchen allows you to try out those game dishes while the lounge upstairs tempts you to kick out your shoes and perhaps watch television if you so desire. |
