Villa Hout Bay Heights, a Four Star Luxury Guest House, is magnificently positioned high up on the Hout Bay Mountainside, offering Panoramic Views of the Mountains, Sea and Valley. With lavish accommodation in a tranquil setting, our Mediterranean Style Villa is also close to the beaches restaurants and shopping centres.

Villa Hout Bay Heights is fully equipped for self catering with an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area leading out onto various spacious patios, all of which overlook the lush garden and offer breathtaking views. Our spacious winter garden with a fresh mountain water brook, swimming pool and barbecue area are situated at the back of the house and are the ideal places to relax.

All our luxurious suites are en-suite and are equipped with satellite television (DSTV), wireless ADSL, hair drier,fan, alarm clock, international plugs, pure cotton sheets, tea/coffee facilities and hand & shower towels. The kitchenettes of our Self-Catering Deluxe suites come equipped with a 2 plate electric hotplate stove, mini-fridge, kettle, toaster, sink and a fully stocked mini bar. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided A sumptuous breakfast is offered every morning. All rooms are serviced daily.

Directions to Villa Hout Bay Heights

From the Airport you take the N2 direction Cape Town:

1. Join the N2 from the airport heading towards Cape Town. Stay in the left hand lane and take the Kirstenbosch / Muizenburg M3 highway turn off. This will take you past the University of Cape Town. At the first set of traffic lights turn right into Rhodes Drive (M63 towards Hout Bay & Kirstenbosch botanical gardens).

2. Once you have passed Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens on your right, you will reach a T-junction. Turn right here and follow the winding road until you reach Constantia Neck. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Hout Bay Road. Continue straight (5.5 km) until you reach a roundabout (the police station will be on your left); take the 2nd exit onto Main Road.

3. Take your first left into Payne Street (409 m). Continue to the top of the road and turn right into Van Hoogstraten Street. Take the first left into Armour Road. Continue to the top of the road and turn left into Penzance Avenue - Villa Hout Bay Heights will be directly in front of you (35 Penzance Avenue).
