We are proud of our establishment, situated in the heart of the upmarket Durbanville area. We offer affordable luxury accommodation, ideal for business executives and holiday travellers alike.
Villa10 is a small intimate guest house where personal attention is the order of the day, yet we value your privacy. We are ideally located within 10 minutes from most of the shopping malls and business districts of Cape Town's northern suburbs, gyms, golf courses and various restaurants. We are also within 30 minutes from the airport, the Cape Town central business district, the V & A Waterfront, beaches, various wine routes and towns like Stellenbosch and Paarl.
Our double and twin rooms are all en-suite with a live-in shower and are serviced daily. Guests have their own lounge, equipped with a wide screen TV. Also a fully equipped dining area where we serve breakfast.
Other facilities include wireless internet, a undercover braai area, with built-in gas braai.

Directions
From the Cape Town International airport
1. Leave airport and follow "exit" signs, past the Petrol station.
2. Turn left onto Borchards Quary Drive towards Bellville.
3. Turn right at Robot onto Modderdam Road
4. At 1st robot, turn left onto 35 Avenue, which become Van Riebeeck and later Giel Basson Drive. Continue to intersection with N1
5. Turn right onto the N1 and follow instructions below.
From the N1 (north from Cape Town or south from Paarl)
1. At exit 23 turn towards Durbanville
2. Pass the Tygervalley Shopping Centre for about 5km
3. Turn right into De Villiers Street (robot)
4. At 2nd street (stop) turn left onto Lindenberg Road
5. At 2nd street, turn right into Turner Street. It becomes Hugo Street
6. Villa 10 is clearly signpposted to your right.
From the N7 (Northern Cape/Namibia)
1. Turn towards Malmesbury off the N7 and follow clear directions to Durbanville (R302)
2. In Durbanville pass the hospital (on right)
3. Turn left into De Villiers Street (robot)
4. At circle, continue straight.
5. 1st street after circle, turn right into Malan Street for about 200m
6. At T junction, turn right into Bond Street for about 100m
7. At T junction, turn right into Turner Street. It becomes Hugo Street
8. Villa 10 is clearly signpposted to your right.
