Recently opened, the four star Turnberry Lodge and Tavern is situated in the centre of the picturesque Klein Karoo town of Oudtshoorn. A warm welcome from the owner, Tertius Bothma, awaits visitors to this tiny piece of Scotland set in the heart of the Klein Karoo.

Relax in the comfort of one of the 22 luxury air-conditioned bedrooms (each with satellite television, a coffee station and a mini bar), all with en-suite bathrooms, and cosy Double / Queen and King size beds, fitted with crisp white linen. Each room also has wireless Internet connection. Relax on leather couches in our cool classy tavern at the very heart of the Lodge, and enjoy a casual pub lunch or a delicious dinner. Spend the afternoon cooling off in the sparkling swimming pool, and take cocktails on the patio overlooking the stark beauty of the Klein Karoo at sundown.

Turnberry Lodge and Tavern boasts a state-of-the-art air-conditioned conference facility that can seat up to hundred people - ideal for conferences, weddings, cocktail parties and other occasions. There is ample safe undercover parking and we are situated in the centre of Oudtshoorn at 130 St John Street. On your arrival, we will plan your visit to all the attractions Oudtshoorn has to offer.

The very modern Boet Schnetler Conference center is ideal for weddings/private functions and conferences. This room is fully air-conditioned with dimmers and its own bar area. We can seat between 80 and 100 delegates depending on the layout in this room. It is modern and functional with state-of-the-art equipment. Internet and copy machines available to delegates. This is the perfect venue for corporate meetings. We do have a cool spacious stoep adjoining the conference room where you can break away or just sit down to relax while we spoil you. Our in-house chef will cater for all your food needs.

From George Airport follow the road to Oudtshoorn. On arrival in Oudtshoorn you will be in Langenhoven Road follow that till you get to the first traffic light, cross that and at next traffic light (300 meters) turn left and Turnberry Lodge will be on your right 50 meters down the road. 130 ST.
