Tudor Palms is an English Colonial Guest House situated in Westville, just 10 minutes drive from Durban, South Africa.
Theme:
Established as a Guest House in 1998, Tudor Palms offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay away from home.
An English Colonial ambience is created by the dark sweeping staircase, pressed beams and fine old furniture. Carpets imported from Asian countries mixed with old and new African art flows throughout the entire house.

The grandeur of this double storied character home, with its Tudor architecture, thick walls and splendid, solid, sweeping stair case has had an irresistible, alluring charm on all its occupants.
The small holding for Tudor Palms was purchased from a farmer who lived in the farm-house which was in fact the first house in Westville, and is the Bergtheil House Museum today.
The plans for Tudor Palms were brought from England - it was to be an exact replica of their Tudor house there. The woodwork, stained glass windows and most of the building materials were brought by ship, from England.
Property Description:
Spacious en suite bedrooms are fully carpeted.
Our delicious tantalising prepared breakfasts for the robust, including Full English, Farmhouse and Omelettes. Continental breakfasts with freshly made fruit salad for the more delicate constitutions.
At your request a home made dinner can be arranged.

Turn RIGHT over the bridge, and proceed until reaching a T-Junction (2,1km).Turn right into Jan Hofmeyer Road and proceed for about 1,3km . Turn right into Salisbury Avenue. Veer left into Chester Terrace (as though intending to enter the M13). Tudor Palms is 300m down Chester Terrace on the left hand side. From N3 / Johannesburg St James / Spine Rd off ramp. Turn LEFT and proceed until reaching a T-Junction (2,1km).Turn right into Jan Hofmeyer Road and proceed for about 1,3km . Turn right into Salisbury Avenue. Veer left into Chester Terrace (as though intending to enter the M13). Tudor Palms is 300m down Chester Terrace on the left hand side. From Durban Take Sherwood / Mayville turnoff, proceed along the M13 until you reach Queens Avenue / Salisbury Avenue turnoff. Turn right over bridge. At stop street turn right and proceed along Chester Terrace. Tudor Palms is 300m down Chester Terrace on the left hand side.
