The 3 Palms furthermore offers secure off-road parking (a garage can be provided on special request), a separate, private site entrance to the apartments.

1. Cape Town International Airport:
(also from Port Elizabeth/Garden Route (N2)

* Take the N2 motorway towards Cape Town.
* Approximately 12 kms after the airport take the exit 9 "M5 - North - direction: MILNERTON" (on left). Remain in the left lane and continue to join the "N1 - direction: CAPE TOWN" (+/- 3 kms).
After +/- 2 kms take exit 4 "Paarden Island" towards "MILNERTON - TABLE VIEW - WEST COAST" (on left).
* You are now on the coastal road (Marine Drive - R27): follow it for approximately 12 kms.
* Turn left at the 'Bayside Shopping Centre' traffic light (the centre is on your right hand side) into "Blouberg road"
* Take the first road right into "Popham Road"
* Take the 4th road right into Disa Road
* No. 25 is approximately after 100 metres on the left hand side with parking under the 3 Palms

2. Cape Town City Centre/Waterfront:

* Take the N1 motorway towards "PAARL" and exit at Paarden Island (2nd exit, on left).
* You are now on the coastal road (Marine Drive - R27): follow it for approximately 12 kms.
* Turn left at the 'Bayside Shopping Centre' traffic light (the centre is on your right hand side) into "Blouberg road"
* Take the first road right into "Popham Road"
* Take the 4th road right into Disa Road
* No. 25 is approximately after 100 metres on the left hand side with parking under the 3 Palms

3. Johannesburg/Paarl/Stellenbosch (N1):

* Whilst on the N1 take exit 4 - Paarden Island towards "MILNERTON - TABLE VIEW - WEST COAST" from the N1 motorway (on left, almost in town).
* You are now on the coastal road (Marine Drive - R27): follow it for approximately 12 kms.

Overview	B&B or Self-catering Option available. Bedroom 1 is stylishly decorated in a timeless fashioned way and it looks out onto a beautiful, solar-heated and salt-chlorinated pool. This stunningly furnished and spacious en-suite bedroom is purpose-built for comfort and is independently accessible. Amenities on offer are a Queen-size double bed, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a spacious glassed-in shower. Furthermore, there is 24 hour high speed internet access, telephone, satellite TV, hair dryers, safes, etc … The bedroom leads out towards the main garden and has it's own patio and seating area. Bedroom 2 follows a more African contemporary theme, its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a beautiful shower and bath and it provides a great view onto the guests' private, back garden, as well as looking onto a tranquil water feature. Bedroom 2 is also independently accessible and offers the same amenities as Bedroom 1. Both Bedrooms lead into a bright informal lounge. Relax on the sofas, read a book or watch the satellite TV and help yourself to the well stocked courtesy bar.
