Soul Fusion is one of two dwellings nestled on 1.2 hectares. We are incorporated within the green belt of Kyalami which offers a bird sanctuary, golf courses, Lippizaners to name a few . PINOTAGE SUITE – 210 Square meters
This is the largest of our suites. It is a spacious double story thatched unit with it’s own patio and large balcony (great for viewing our fantastic African sunsets and watching our bird life!)
Pinotage can accommodate 2 couples or 2 individuals sharing the home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, large refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster as well as enough crockery and cutlery to cater for 6 people.
The dinning room is equipped to entertain up to 6 people, with a built in wood burning fireplace.
This room has French doors which open out onto your private patio and braai area.
Downstairs is a large bathroom with shower, bath, basin and toilet. This services the downstairs bedroom as well as visiting guests.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, a large wardrobe with digi pad safe, a dressing table and heater/air-conditioning unit.
Built into the staircase is a large wine rack.
The upstairs area has a spacious lounge. Incorporated within are 2 large 3 seater lounge suites, an ottoman, a coffee table, side table, wall unit, T.V cabinet with T.V, Dstv and DVD player to name a few.
The lounge leads out onto a furnished balcony which offers a wonderful view.
The master bedroom, located upstairs is large. It has a king size bed. An abundance of wardrobe space with a digi pad safe inside.
A beautiful bathroom on suite with a spacious vanity area.
The bedroom also has 2 leather loungers and a table along with a ceiling fan and heating/air-conditioning unit.
The entire unit is fully equipped with linen, crockery, cutlery, fixtures and fittings – everything that you would require to make this place a fully functional home.
SHIRAZ – 60 square meters
This is our ‘Bachelor’ unit. It is a single story home that can accommodate 1 person or 1 couple.
This unit has it’s own thatched private patio area with built in braai. This serves as an intimate outdoor facility as well as the entrance to this suite.
The lounge has a comfy 2 seater sofa, coffee table, T.V cabinet with T.V and Dstv.
The bathroom although small is fully equipped with a shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cutlery and crockery. Within the kitchen is a breakfast nook area for two.
The bedroom has a queen size bed. A wardrobe with digi pad safe inside. A heater/air-conditioning unit is also installed.

From the N1, Pretoria to Johannesburg.
Take the Allandale off-ramp, turn right if coming from Pretoria or left if you are coming from JHB and head towards Kyalami.
Continue straight on Allandale road until you come to the T-junction with Kyalami Race track in front of you. At this junction, turn right – you will now be on Kyalami Main Road.
Once on Kyalami Main road continue up the road, through one set of traffic lights.
At the second set of traffic lights take the slip road left which now takes you in the direction of Bryanston / Lonehill - M71.
Once on the M71, continue for approximatly 800 meters. Turn left into Cedar Road, then first left into Begonia Road. 2nd Road left is Hawthorne Road.
Soul Fusion is the 2nd property on your left with the big yellow wall. The entrance to Soul Fusion Guest House is the 2nd gate at the end of the wall.
