Seaside Cottage is close to the main access roads, 20 minutes from Durban International Airport, 5 minutes from Point Waterfront, uShaka Marine World, Suncoast Casino Durban City Centre, The International Convention Centre (ICC) Umhlanga Village, Umhlanga Ridge Office Park, Gateway Theatre of shopping the 2nd largest in the world and the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere, Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom and 15km from the A1 Grand Prix Racetrack.

All cottages are tastefully decorated and have been graded by RCI as “Imperial” (4 star). We are also a member of the National Accommodation Association of Southern Africa (NAASA), FEDHASA, Umhlanga Bed and Breakfast Association and Tourism KZN.
Umhlanga Rocks is known internationally as the holiday Mecca of Kwazulu Natal, with it’s magnificent beaches and friendly locals.

Seaside Cottage 1, is a family, sleeping from 1 to a max of 6 people, including children of all ages.
Seaside Cottage 2, sleeps from 1 to a max of 6 people and is a double storey unit, including children of all ages.
Seaside Cottage 3, sleeps 1 to a max of 2 people. including children of all ages.
Seaside Cabin, sleeps 1 to a max of 2 people, including children of all ages.

Directions from Airport:/N2
N2 freeway South (Stanger) for approx. 25km. Exit 182 (Umhlanga, Mt Edgecombe, Phoenix). Turn right at traffic lights. You are on the M41 Carry on straight towards Durban. The Freeway becomes the M4. Travel approx 3Km. Take exit (Glenashley, Ann Arbor Road). Crossover stop street (Ypsilanti). Turn left at next stop street (Forest Drive). Second Left into Forest Crescent, No 12.
Directions from Durban Central/Town:
M4 freeway North towards Umhlanga (Stanger) for approx. 12Km. Take exit (Glenashley, Aubrey Drive). Keep right at fork. At stop street, turn right. Pass under bridge. At stop street turn left (Ypsilanti). At next street turn right (Ann Arbor). Next stop street, turn left (forest Drive). Second Left into Forest Crescent, No 12.

| The unit has an air-conditioner in the lounge, as well as in the main bedroom. The unit has been fitted with a family fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is also a safe, a colour TV, full DSTV Channels, a DVD player, and a mini hi-fi/radio/CD player. We provide linen and bath towels, but please bring your own beach towels. You also have your own covered patio area and Weber braai.
We offer safe secure parking for one car per unit and all the Cottages/Units are serviced three times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Except public holidays. |

There is also safe, a colour TV, full DSTV Channels, a DVD player, and a mini hi-fi/radio/CD player, in the unit. We provide linen and bath towels, but please bring your own beach towels. This newly refurbished, small quaint unit, has aircon, a microwave, toaster, bar fridge, tea/coffee facilities, an electric frying pan (by request only), but NO cooking facilities. There is a colored TV with full DSTV. There is a queen size bed, and the "bathroom" is a shower, toilet and hand basin. We provide linen and bath towels, but please bring your own beach towels
