Seaside Cottage is close to the main access roads, 20 minutes from Durban International Airport, 5 minutes from Point Waterfront, uShaka Marine World, Suncoast Casino Durban City Centre, The International Convention Centre (ICC) Umhlanga Village, Umhlanga Ridge Office Park, Gateway Theatre of shopping the 2nd largest in the world and the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere, Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom and 15km from the A1 Grand Prix Racetrack.
Theme:
All cottages are tastefully decorated and have been graded by RCI as “Imperial” (4 star). We are also a member of the National Accommodation Association of Southern Africa (NAASA), FEDHASA, Umhlanga Bed and Breakfast Association and Tourism KZN. We have been awarded 4 STAR SELF CATERING status by the South African Tourism Grading Council.
Umhlanga Rocks is known internationally as the holiday Mecca of Kwazulu Natal, with it’s magnificent beaches and friendly locals.

Seaside Cottage 1, is a family, sleeping from 1 to a max of 6 people.
Seaside Cottage 2, sleeps from 1 to a max of 6 people and is a double storey unit.
Seaside Cottage 3, sleeps 1 to a max of 2 people.

From Airport N2 freeway North (Stanger) for approx. 25km. Exit 182 (Umhlanga, Mt Edgecombe, Phoenix). Turn right at traffic lights. You are on the M41. Carry on straight towards Durban. The freeway becomes the M4. Travel approx 3km. Take exit (Glen Ashley, Ann Arbor Road). Crossover stop street (Ypsilanti). Turn left at next stop street (Forest Drive). First left into Forest Crescent, No.12. From Town M4 freeway North towards Umhlanga (Stanger) for approx. 12km. Take exit (Glen Ashley, Aubrey Drive). Keep right at fork. At stop street, turn right. Pass under bridge. At stop street turn left(Ypsilanti). At next stop street turn right(Ann Arbor). Next stop street, turn left (Forest Drive). First left into Forest Crescent No.12

| Seaside Cottage 1 can accommodate up to six people, including children. The unit has an air-conditioner in the lounge, as well as in the main bedroom. The unit has been fitted with a family fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is also a safe, a colour TV, full DSTV Channels, a DVD player, and a mini hi-fi/radio/CD player. We provide linen and bath towels, but please bring your own beach towels. You also have your own covered patio area and Weber braai. |

The unit has been fitted with a family fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is also safe, a colour TV, full DSTV Channels, a DVD player, and a mini hi-fi/radio/CD player, in the unit. We provide linen and bath towels, but please bring your own beach towels. | This newly refurbished, quaint unit has full DSTV, aircon, a microwave, bar fridge, tea/coffee facilities, but no
cooking facilities. The beds are a set of bunk beds, with extra thick mattress for comfort. We can place a double bed in this unit, by request only. However this will make the unit a lot smaller. We can also remove the top bunk to accommodate a single person.
The "bathroom" is a shower, toilet and hand basin. |

Overview
| Seaside Cottage – Cabin, is a rustic wooden structure with its own private sundeck and sleeps a maximum of 4 people. It has tea/coffee facilities, but NO cooking facilities. It has a fan, a microwave and a family size fridge. There is a colored TV with SABC1,2,3 and E-TV. Full DSTV is available at an additional charge of R20,00 per night, with a once off connection fee of R50,00. The “bathroom” is a shower, toilet and hand basin. (NOT en-suite) We provide linen and bath towels, but please bring your own beach towels.We offer safe secure parking for one car per unit and all the Cottages/Units are serviced three times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Except public holidays. |
