Roosboom houses 4 luxury en-suite apartments (each sleeps 2) with extra length twin beds. Self-catering & fully equipped kitchens. They boast under-floor heating. Each apartment has its own DSTV decoder with over 70 channels to choose from. Each apartment also has German TV channels. (Deukom) There is no addditional cost for this service. All apartments air-conditioned, private telephones and are serviced daily. All apartments also have permanent broadband internet connections(Free service).
The garden apartment has a private sun deck with view onto garden. Relax at the poolside or play tennis on your own tennis court. Numerous Golf courses nearby.
The Annex is situated on a secure property right next to Roosboom, with an inter-leading walkway from Roosboom's garden. The Annex is elegantly decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen, serviced daily and spacious.(60 sq meters). Guests staying in the ANNEX have full use of all Roosboom's facilities, including the large garden, pool, etc.

Take the N2 from Cape Town Int. Airport. Take the R44 exit direction Somerset West. At the next traffic lights turn right into Somerset West Main Road and immediately left at the next traffic lights into Helderberg College Road. Continue straight over 3 way Stop Street. Turn left into the first road after the 3 way stop street which is Helderberg College Road. Roosboom is on this corner, the entrance being in Helderberg College Road, Number 1. (One)
