Another great attraction and just a short walk away is the Umgeni River and the world-renowned Bird Park. The Helenic Greek Hall is also just a short walk away!

Establishment Details
Riverside Palms B&B includes stylishly decorated air-conditioned units, each with their own separate entrances, en-suite, facing onto the gorgeous garden. Each room has a colour TV with DSTV, as well as bar fridges for our guest’s convenience. Tea / Coffee facilities, Secure Parking, Swimming Pool, Patio overlooking swimming pool and garden, beautiful dining area, as well as Laundry and Cleaning services.

Directions
From Johannesburg (N3 Highway):
Ø Follow the Durban signs until you get to the spaghetti junction (North and South split). The split is just past the Pavilion shopping Mall, which will be on your right hand side.
Ø Keep in your left lane and take the North (Stanger N2 Highway).
Ø Take the first off ramp off the N2 highway, which is Umgeni Road.
Ø Once you’ve taken the Umgeni Road off ramp, keep to the right lane and turn right at the first set of robots.
Ø Continue on Umgeni Road. You will pass 5 sets of robots. (You will pass the Makro on your right and CTM / Hirch’s shopping center on your left).
Ø After the fifth set of robots, keep to the extreme left and take the next off ramp which reads “Durban North”. (Please note that this is a small sign, so you might miss it if you are not in the left hand lane. The turn is just after the last robot and just before a bridge).
Ø Keep in your left lane and take the first left turn, which reads “Riverside Rd”.
Ø After the left turn, turn right at the set of robots into Riverside Road. (You will pass the Bird Park on your left hand side).
Ø Turn left at the next set of robots, which is Browns Drift Road.
Ø Take your first left turn off Browns Drift Road into Hunters Way (there is a small shopping center on the corner of Browns Drift Road and Hunters Way).
Ø Continue to drive up the little hill and shortly thereafter, you will find us on your right hand side at 62 Hunters Way.
From Durban Beaches / Suncoast Casino
Ø Take the M4 North bound highway
Ø Take the Riverside off ramp and keep to the left.
Ø At the yield sign, take the slip lane to the left. (The Umgeni River will be on your left hand side).
Ø Turn right at your first set of robots into Browns Drift Road.
Ø Take your first left turn off Browns Drift Road into Hunters Way (there is a small shopping center on the corner of Browns Drift and Hunters Way).
Ø Continue to drive up the little hill and shortly thereafter, you will find us on your right hand side at 62 Hunters Way.
