Beautifully decorated comfortable home in a secure development within walking distance to Central Beach.
Open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen. DSTV available, tenant to supply their own smart card. Lounge leads onto a large patio with patio furniture and built in braai.
Three bedrooms (two queens and two single beds). Main bedroom en suite with a full bathroom. Plasma TV`s in all of the bedrooms. Second bathroom with bath, toilet and basin. Two sets of linen and bath towels supplied. No garage. The River Club has a swimming pool, tennis and squash courts for tenants use.
Directions to River Song
Coming from Cape town side: Turn right into Plettenberg Bay at the Shell Ultra City. When you get to the "Dolphin" traffic circle go straight across. Carry on down the hill untill you get to the second traffic circle where you take a right. The River Club is the first turnoff on your right.
