Realou Franschhoek ( 1868 ) is a exclusive seven roomed 4 Star Guest House, all with private entrances, which is located in the heart of village and a block from the restaurants and shops. This historical monument, painstakingly restored with yellowwood beams, quarry tiles, Oregon Flooring, corrugated roofing, and Cape Dutch Gable also boasts state of the art Internet Computers for all Rooms. It has a Teppanyaki Breakfast Grill, a solar heated Swimming pool and is set in lush gardens with many bubbling water features and majestic mountain views.

Directions to Realou Franschhoek

Away from the Cape Town pass the winelands one stop Engen petrol station as well as the first Stellenbosch turnoff after the petrol station. Take the first Stellenbosch turnoff and keep on traveling to Stellenbosch. This road will end into a T-junction. Turn right at the T-junction and travel into and straight through Stellenbosch, no turnoffs and turn right into over Hellshoogte pass after 15 minutes without turning off on this road you will come to at t junction turn right to Franschhoek. 19 km over bridge and once in Franschhoek turn right at Spar. Realou is 500m down on the left hand side
