Each individual suite offers you the luxury of relaxing in your room and watching a movie of your choice from dstv. to compliment your movie, you have your own fully stocked mini bar filled with drinks and snacks. A telephone beside your bed for your anytime convenience to make that call or just stop by the business center for a quick e-mail or to surf the net. On a cold rainy winters night come and snuggle around the fire place with a glass of red wine. You may feel like having a more private evening in your room by listening to your favorite cd from your music system while having complimentary hot beverages from your bedroom just before you turn down the lights.

Being greeted by the view of the atlantic ocean and lions head every morning when arriving for breakfast or just standing on the balcony or along side the pool watching the sunset with a cocktail. No matter where you may be in the primi royal the views will always take your breath away and leave you standing in complete amazement.

Directions FROM CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TAKE THE N2/ THEN TAKE CITY/ WATERFRONT TURNOFF Carry on straight till you come to a large set of traffic lights. The Cullinan hotel will be on your left and the V&A Waterfront to your right. Proceed into Buitengracht Road. Still keeping straight you will go through a number of traffic lights following the signs to the Cableway. You will come to roadwork’s after which the road becomes Kloof Nek road. You keep straight with this road up a steep incline till you reach the top where there will be a traffic circle. The cable way will be to your left but you keep straight with the road, down a winding mountain pass (Camps Bay Drive). Keep going straight and eventually you will see a Shop Called Friendly Grocery on your left. We are about 800m from the Friendly Grocery on your right hand side, no 23 Camps Bay drive.
