" Pentrich "is part of the original whaling cottages and has been in our family since 1918.Recently renovated this comfortable apartment is situated in the heart of St James between two safe tidal pool beaches and close to magnificent mountain walks also five minutes from the quaint Kalk Bay fishing village with numerous shops ,galleries and restaurants.we are 10 minutes from three well known golf courses West lake Clovelly and Steenberg

Directions to Pentrich on the Bay

From Muizenberg carry on south along main road till the St James station. We are the fourth road past the St James station on the right.Turn into Pentrich Rd,We are the first property on the left.
From Fish Hoek pass through Kalk Bay and after about 1km turn left after Hillrise rd into Pentrich Rd.We are the first property on the left
