Surrounded by majestic palms this tranquil retreat overlooks the magnificent Constantiaberg Mountains , taking in the rear view of the “Twelve Apostles” and “ Table Mountain ” Palm House was designed by a protégé of renowned architect Sir Herbert Baker in the early 1920’s and has been lovingly restored to its full grandeur.
Luxury Guest house, 10 en-suite rooms all equipped with Satellite television, direct-dial phones, hairdryers, safes and also have fully stocked mini-bars. Luxury Cottages in the grounds, together with a Pool House & Swimming pool are all just a short drive from Cape Town City Centre. We are conveniently situated in Wynberg, just 15 minutes away from the city center and the world-renowned beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

Directions to Palm House Luxury Guest House

You will start your journey along the N2 towards Cape Town (from the airport)
Take the last turn off to Muizenburg on the M3. (DO NOT take the M5 turn off)
You will pass the University of Cape Town on your right. Continue straight through two sets of
traffic lights. On your left you will see a Shell Petrol Station (Paradise Place)
Take the turn off past the petrol station to your left. (Paradise Road) You will approach a
traffic circle.
Take the second turn off from circle (Newlands Road) and simply carry on straight
Continue along Newlands Road, going slightly up hill, through two sets of traffic lights.
At the top the road name changes to Tennant Road. Now travelling slightly down hill you will
pass the back entrance to Palm House.
Turn right at the traffic lights into Aliwal Road. then turn right into Oxford Street.
We are opposite Wynberg Boys Junior School Entrance.
