Orchard Lane Guest House was named in memory of the Cecil John Rhodes Fruit Farms established in 1897. In later years the farms were transformed into the quiet up-market suburb of Die Boord. Orchard Lane Guest House is within walking distance of a shopping centre, the Stellenbosch Medi clinic and the Eerste River. It is also close to the town centre of historical Stellenbosch with all its places of interest. For the golf enthusiast, some of the finest golf courses in the Western Cape are in this area.
The guest house has easy access too the exits which lead to the main roads enabling you to explore the famous Stellenbosch Winelands and the whole of the beautiful Cape Peninsula. It is an easy hour’s drive to Cape Town and 30 minutes from Cape town International airport.

The Classic Rooms : Room 1 with two twin beds and room 2 with queen sized double bed, and both with en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private entrance that opens into the garden. is The Luxury Rooms: Room 4 & 5 that consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The Luxury Suites with 3/4 sized twin beds are individually decorated and have their own private entrance that opens onto a private patios and garden with swimming pool.

Directions to Orchard Lane
After exit from airport take entrance to N2 direction Somerset West. After approximately 28 km take the turn-off Somerset West, then turn left onto R44, direction Stellenbosch.
At the traffic light, after approximately 300m to a 4-way stop turn left (you will notice the Die Boord Shopping Mall on your right) and immediately left again into Saffraan Avenue. Continue straight down the road, past the stop sign and continue for another approximately 500m at which point you'll find Orchard Lane on your left.
