Very well appointed and located within a walking distance from most amenities and transport. Close to good coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, etc. We regret we can not accommodate children.

Theme:
Luxury self-catering apartments situated in London Road, Sea Point, a tree-lined avenue between Sea Point's vibrant main road and the Beach Road 'promenade', which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Close to the famous V&A waterfront, shops, restaurants, beaches and on the bus route.
Views:
Some of the apartments have a little sea view or mountain view from the large private balcony.
Property Description:
Warm country hospitality in the city. Managed by resident managers, comprising of six large self-contained studio/bachelor apartments and penthouse studio on the 4th floor. Eleven television channels and DVD & CD libary.

Directions
Once you have reached the N2 highway continue and follow the “City/Sea Point” directions. The N2 changes to Eastern Boulevard closer to the city. Passing the harbour on your right, with Table Mountain on the left, move to the centre lane.
Reaching the first traffic light at the end of ther fly-over, cross over Coen Steytler Street, turn to your right at the next traffic light, Hans Strijdom Street. You are on Western Boulevard, continue, your will reach a roundabout circle, continue to Sea Point. Reaching the next set of traffic lights, continue, you will be on Beach Road with the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean on your right.
The ninth street, on your left is London Road, (second street after the Winchester Mansions Hotel) turn to your left, drive up London Road (one-way up to Main Road), and pass the Hotel Le Vendome on your right and then you will see the little yellow four story building, Oceantide Apartments (NO. 38) on your right – look for yellow walls and a green gate.
At the entrance is an intercom system, press “Reception” – AG or John will welcome you and open the motor gates for you to drive in and park at any of the unreserved parking bays under the building.
