The general surrounds and gardens are well looked after and are pleasant and relaxing. Each apartment has a parking bay. There is a communal pool and a coin operated laundry. Conveniently situated for easy access to the M3 highway to Muizenburg or Cape Town city centre and other places of interest: Waterfront, Airport, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Cape Point, Constantia wine route, Houtbay and many more are all with in easy access and distance. Shops and food stores are within walking distance and the popular Blue route shopping mall is less than 1k away.

From Cape Town International Airport
(1) Take N2 to Cape Town. (2) Take M3 to Muizenberg (nb: not the M5) (3) Continue through the suburbs onto the M3 highway. (4) Take the ladies mile off ramp No16. (5) Turn right at the traffic lights into ladies mile road.(6) Turn first right into Kestrel and next right into Olive Schriner. (7) Continue and this road now becomes Purcell way.
