Property Description:
This beautifully furnished guest house in Johannesburg’s Northern suburbs, has a total of eight spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, varying in size from queen & king to twin, each with own television. The lounge and dining area has DSTV and DVD player with surround sound and Mrs Hakula cooks a sumptuous full breakfast each morning. Tea and coffee are available all day and there’s Internet connectivity free of charge. Relax on the covered patio, cool off in the splash pool and enjoy the wondrous variety of garden birds.

Directions From the N1 motorway: Turn towards Randburg CBD. Take the first traffic light LEFT (you will see Volkswagen) and drive up past the Velskoen Drive in. When you see the sign for "Patio Warehouse" turn right into West Ave Ext. At the stop street, cross over Long Avenue into North Street. 90 North is 2nd and 3rd driveway on the left From Sandton: Take Sandton Drive to Nicol Highway. Turn right. At second traffic light, turn left into Republic Road.Crossover Jan Smuts Avenue and Hendrik Verword Drive (see Multi Choice/MNet on your left). Go down the hill (where you will see Brightwater Commons on the left). Proceed on Republic Road to the top of the hill. Turn right onto Hans Strydom Avenue. Just before the N1 highway and at the traffic light after the Engen garage (on your right) turn right towards the Velskoen Drive in. You will go past BMW and the drive-in and when you see the sign for "Patio Warehouse" turn right into West Ave Ext. At the stop street, cross over Long Avenue into North Street. 90 North is 2nd and 3rd driveway on the left.
