Property Description:

One self-contained bedroom with its own kitchenette, lounge, and entrance. Two bedrooms with separate kitchen and lounge, dinning room and three bedrooms with separate kitchen and lounge, and dining room. All on the first level of the house. Level 2 there is a separate large kitchen large dinning room guest toilet, two bedrooms. All rooms have bathrooms en-suite, twin beds extra long and they have there own balconies with magnificent views of False Bay and the mountain behind the house.

Also on the premises, a separate Spa facility is available which includes a professional and registered Homeopath, Osteropath and Naturopath - these treatments are given by the establishment owner. Also relax and enjoy the 8 seater jacuzzi with stunning mountain and sea views. A steam sauna is also available.

Entire house sleeping 10 guests, 5 bedrooms, sleeps 10

Overview	Consist of 5 bedrooms, all bathroom en-suite, balconies, had 3 lounges with views facing North and South with mountain and sea views.
Bed configuration	Four rooms have twin beds and one Queen size bed

First Level Unit 1, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2

Overview	One self contained bedroom with kichenette, lounge and entrance. The room has access to DSTV, its own balcony and also has an en-suite bathroom.
Bed configuration	The room is furnished with extra long twin beds.

First Level Unit 2, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4

Overview	Consists of two bedrooms, seperate kitchen, lounge and dining area. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom and private balcony. Our guest can enjoy the entertainment of DSTV in the privacy of their own rooms.
Bed configuration	Both rooms are furnished with extra long twin beds which can be converted into double beds.

First Level Unit 3, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6

Overview	This unit consists of three bedrooms,seperate kitchen, lounge and dining area. The rooms have its own en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. All rooms have access to DSTV.
