Theme:

All bedrooms have their own private entrance and look onto either the beautiful pool area or onto your own private patio and garden. A laundry service is available to guests at a small additional cost.

Views:

Enjoy a sumptuous English / continental breakfast which is served either in the dining room or on the enclosed patio overlooking the pool. We are 10minutes walk away from the beach.

Property Description:

This B&B is popular with tourists and businessmen alike. The individually decorated double bedrooms offer luxurious and comfortable accommodation with en-suite bathrooms.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned with cooling/heating systems that can be individually operated. There is an independent DSTV decoder for satellite TV in each unit (Smart Card provided). All bedrooms are equipped with telephones and internet facilities. A fan, hairdryer, bar fridge, ice water, tea and coffee facilities are provided in every bedroom. A double or queen-size bed is provided in all the bedrooms. Single beds can be provided on request.

Directions

Travelling north on the N2, take the M41 turnoff(Umhlanga / Mount Edgecombe / Phoenix). Turn right at traffic light. Take the M12 turnoff (Umhlanga Rocks Drive) and head north for approx. 2 Klm. Turn right into Campbell Drive and then turn right into Kingston Drive. First turn left into Manaar Road – Number 16 OR Travelling north on the M4, take the Portland Drive turnoff (500 metres after Umhlanga Rocks turnoff). Turn left into Portland Drive and the road dog legs and automatically becomes Campbell Drive. Travel up Campbell Drive and take first turning left into Kingston Drive. First turn left into Manaar Road – Number 16.

Luxury Self Catering Apartment, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4

Overview	The luxury self catering apartment is built on two levels. Downstairs consists of a lounge, dining room, kitchen and guest toilet. Upstairs consists of a large airy bedroom with a king size bed and a beautifully appointed full bathroom and toilet. There is an additional sleeping area upstairs with two single beds. Off the main bedroom are sliding doors that lead onto a sun drenched patio with partial sea views. The apartment is air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge. The kitchen is well appointed and is fully equipped. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and micro wave as well as an under counter and hob. The apartment has two TV sets – one in the lounge and one in the main bedrooms well as a sound system and DVD player. There is an independent DSTV decoder for satellite TV in the unit. The apartment also equipped with internet access. Breakfast can be arranged and enjoyed on the patio by the pool at a small additional charge. The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Secure under cover parking is provided. Manaar House is a two minute drive away from the Blue Flag beaches of Umhlanga.
Bed configuration	The main bedroom has a king size bed and a beautifully appointed full bathroom and toilet. There is an additional sleeping area upstairs with two single beds which can be configured into an additional king-size bed. Single beds can be provided upon request.

Room 3 with Kitchenette(Self Catering Option), 1 bedroom, sleeps 2

Overview	This luxury bedroom is beautifully appointed and also has a fully equiped kitchenette that is fitted with a microwave, fridge and prep bowl. There is also your own dining area where you can enjoy a meal you may have prepared. This bedroom has a separate private entrance that leads out onto a secluded patio. Bedroom 3 has a beautifull appointed full en suite bathroom. Air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet access and tea/coffee making facilities are standard in all our bedrooms at Manaar House. A full English / Continental breakfast is available and can be enjoyed at your leisure on the patio overlooking the pool and the garden at a small additional charge. Manaar House is graded as 4 Star accommodation by the Tourism and Grading Council of South Africa (TGSA).

Smaller Self Catering Unit, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2

The apartment also equipped with internet access. Breakfast can be arranged and enjoyed on the patio by the pool at a small additional charge.
