Self Catering Chalets extremely privately situated on a Game Farm in the Bushveld. Each Chalet fully serviced and kitted out, and each chalet with it's own private swimming pool and boma. Basic 3 star accommodation. We encourage guests to explore the bush on foot or even on a bicycle-get in touch with nature!This is a nature reserve and the fauna and flora is to preserved and observed at all times. We do not allow motor or quad biking.
6 of the chalets have solar panelled lighting and gas operated appliances and then Nyala, Mala and Eland Chalets have electricity as well.

Maduma Boma is situated near the Kruger National Park - Orpen Gate and is a proper bushveld game estate with chalets privately situated on the farm. We have an abundance of Bird birdlife and the animals walk around freely. Some of the animals available on the farm are Giraffe, Kudu, Nyala, Impala, certain of the predators and many others.

We have various combinations: 1: Double Rondawel where we have a double bed in the one rondawel and the open plan kitchen area with 4 single beds in the other rondawel. In the larger double rondawel we have a double in the one with 2 single beds and then 4 single in the other. Each rondawel with it's own ablutions. 2: We have 3 A framed chalets that have an upstairs with a double bed and then 2 singles downstairs with an open plan kitchen and then on top of the ablutions we have a sleeping area especially for children 5 - 16 yrs. (Climb a ladder) 3: We also have a triple chalet (Eland)with 3 bedrooms and an open plan lounge that also has 2 single beds and then a 3 bedroomed house (Mala) and a new 2 roomed chalet with separate kitchen and living area (Nyala)

Directions From Johannesburg - Witbank - Belfast - Dullstroom, Lydenburg, Ohrigstad - Strydom Tunnel - through Blyde then turn right onto the R531 (toward Orpen) for about 35 km then turn left on the R40 for about 1.5 km and turn right into Guernsey Road (through the security boom) for about 5.5 km - Maduma boma is on the left.
