Property Description:
Set in lush parkland this spacious double-story cottage is surrounded by birdsong and fabulous mountain views. Whether you want an action packed holiday or simply want to relax and soak up the sun this place is a must.
The cottage sleeps up to six people and the accommodation comprises of a large luxurious master bedroom suite on the upper level and a spacious double bedroom on the lower.
In addition to a double bedroom with a double bed and single bed and bathroom with shower, the lower level also has a fully-fitted kitchen and Lounge/Dining room which opens onto the garden with plunge pool and barbeque area.
The cottage has Satellite TV, music centre, video machine and telephone.
The upper floor is fully air-conditioned. Towels and linen are provided.
A remote control will be supplied for the front gate for a small refundable deposit. Children welcome.
The property is situated in a secure area and has secure on-site parking.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

From N2 Highway:
Exit left lane to M3 - Muizenberg (South), travel ± 15km past University of Cape Town and continue to Constantia Valley - from M3 take Retreat/Tokai exit. At the end of the exit, stop, turn right into Tokai Road. Travel ± 2km to circle, straight across circle, 400m - turn left into Swaanswyk Road - ± 1000m - first right into Swaanswyk Close, Littlewood is No 5 the last house on the left with large wrought iron gates. Please press bell and we will open the gate.
