Property Description:
Located in one of Durban's prime residential suburbs it can be described as a 'home from home'. It offers air-conditioning, radio/alarm, portable fans and heaters, fridge, toaster, kettle and also secretarial services on request! We have three apartments all of which have their own separate entrances. Very spacious, individually furnished and may be acquired as Bed & Breakfast or serviced self-catering accommodation. There is also a double room which has a fridge, kettle and toaster but no cooking facilities.

Directions
FROM JOHANNESBURG DIRECTION
Once you have passed Pinetown you will come to Westville (keep to the right so that you don't take the Westville turnoff) and will pass a large shopping centre on your right called the Pavillion. About 2 km further you must take the turnoff marked North & South Coasts (Exit 165) which then splits into 2 after about 50 metres, you must take the right hand fork (South coast/Airport) which then goes over the highway and joins the N2. Take the 1st turnoff (about 4km) marked EDWIN SWALES VC DRIVE/QUEENSBURGH (Exit 161) Stick to the left hand lane and turn left at the traffic lights, this is Edwin Swales Drive (M7). After about 7 km you will go under the southern freeway, go straight on at the traffic lights and from there follow the map below.
We are on the left hand side of Marine Drive at number 150 and are opposite number 183.
FROM THE AIRPORT OR SOUTH COAST
Come out of the airport around the multiple parking facility that is at present under construction and go in a northern direction towards Durban City. Over the bridge turn right at the traffic light. Keep right and go towards Durban City. Take the Jacobs/Mobeni/Quailty Street turnoff (approximately 4.5 kilometres after turning onto the highway – M4) and at the traffic light turn right over the bridge. Carry on with the Quality Street (uphill then downhill) for approximately 1.7 kilometres. At the traffic light go over the Tara Road into Highburry Road. When you get to the top of Highburry Road, turn left into Marine Drive. You will find us at 150 Marine Drive on the left.
Coming from Durban on the southern freeway take the Edwin Swales/Bluff turnoff.
Go along Edwin Swales and at the T junction at the end turn left along Bluff Road
At the first set of traffic lights turn right and follow the signs “to the beaches”.
When you arrive at the T junction which is Marine Drive turn left and No.150 is about 2Km on the left hand side just before Admiral Drive.
