The regal 850 square meter, double story guest house is situated in large treed gardens lush with exotic plants with the songs of a myriad bird species as accompaniment.
The eleven guest bedrooms vary in size and are individually decorated with a mixture of beautiful antique and contemporary furniture. In addition all rooms have crisp white percale cotton, private safes, satellite television and air-conditioning.
The spacious property offers romeo and juliet terrazzo-tiled balconies and private entrances. The presidential suite has a beautiful view over the oval pool and beyond that, the Orange River. There is also secure on and off street parking with a security service.

Upington is situated 800 km from both Johannesburg and Cape Town, and is only a 200km detour on the Johannesburg / Cape Town route via Calvinia, which compares favorably to the N1 national road between those two cities.
