Property Description:

Apartment is fully furnished and includes bedding, towelling, cutlery, TV, DVD, satellite, high speed internet, phone*, dish washer, dryer, washing machine, stove, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, hair dryer, electronic safe, air-conditioning and under floor heating.

There is secure underground parking for 1 vehicle. Apartment is cleaned once a week /or a deep clean once a week for stays longer than one week.

Notification:

Note the Waterfront Canal System will be drained for the installation of a Lock system for small boat traffic sometime during August through October; this process will take 2 months. The start and completion date are weather dependent. The Gulmarn building is not impacted by this as the lock system is on the other side of Waterfront Residential Marina, however there is a possibility of a half full or empty Canal during your stay.

Directions
FROM THE AIRPORT: Exit the Airport and continue for approx 3 km. Merge onto the N2 HIGHWAY. Follow N2 STAD / CITY SIGNS. After approx 18 km move into lane with M6 / SEA POINT / WATERFRONT SIGN. Turn right at traffic light into Main Gate of the V&A Waterfront (Coen Steytler Entrance). Enter the Waterfront either from Coen Steytler, or from the N1 coming Southbound, and at this entrance, you will drive past a BMW dealership on your right hand side (not the BMW Pavilion at the IMAX entrance as this one is the the incorrect one) Continue on to the first traffic circle, keep left and continue straight on to the next traffic circle, driving around into the right hand lane, straight into the Bluff Security entrance. Arrangements will be made by the owner for someone to meet you with the keys and for security access to the Marina.
