Summary:
This beautiful guest house is situated in the heart of Gordon's Bay, one of South Africa's leading travel destinations. Gordon's Bay is a small, picturesque seaside village in the corner of False Bay nestled between the aqua-blue ocean of False Bay and the stunning Helderberg and Hottentots Holland Mountains. The white sandy beach, called Bikini Beach, which is well known for its safe and protected swimming is within walking distance of the guest house. The beachfront is lined with restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bookstores and curio shops. At the harbour, one can reserve boat trips or deep sea fishing charters. Being only 40 minutes away from Cape Town, we offer the ideal stopover to or from the Garden Route and the last retreat before you hit the buzzing Mother City. The world famous Stellenbosch wine route is only 20 minutes drive away which follows onto Franschoek. Golf courses such as Erinvale and Arabella are also on your doorstep.

A stone's throw away from the beach. You need not have a car when you stay with us during your visit to Gordon's Bay. We have a delightful beach not even 80 paces from our doorstep. All the best restaurants in Gordon's Bay are also within a short walk.
Views:
The pool and entertainment area, as well as a fully equipped honesty bar, are for use at the guest's leisure. Spend the evening drinking cocktails and lazing on the grass or a deckchair alongside the heated spa pool. This can be followed by a barbeque or "braai" while looking out at the magnificent sea and mountain views.
Property Description:
The bedrooms are airy and spacious with either king or twin beds. Each room offers a fully stocked mini bar with various exciting delights and a choice of good South African wines. Air-conditioning is essential in the heat of the South African summer and we have provided only the best. The rooms have large comfortable chairs to relax in. The large bathrooms have walk-in showers, two-seater baths, bidets, as well as superior linen and products for your luxury. Each room has a hairdryer and safe and we also offer a laundry service for your convenience. We have a variety of TV channels for lazy afternoons after a long day at the beach.
Directions to Gordon's Beach Lodge
Directions to get to Gordon’s Beach Lodge: Take the Gordon’s Bay turn off from the N2. This is about 40km’s from the airport & the turn off would be on your right. If you are coming from the east (Garden route side), you would take the first left after you come over Sir Lowry’s pass on the N2. It is called Sir Lowry Drive. After about 8km’s you get to the T-junction, cross over Faure Marine drive (R44) & turn left into Watt Street. At the next stop street turn right into Van der Bijl Street. Continue down the hill until you reach Beach Road. Turn left into Beach Road. 1km further you will find Gordon’s Beach Lodge on the left side. 133 Beach Road, look out for a white building with a large bay window and a green roof.
