Establishment Details - Potties B&B

Located in the heart of the Upper Karoo in a town called De Aar, a town known for Springbuck, Steam trains & Paragliding records, is the guest house, Fly De Aar Lodge. Our facilities include 10 stylishly decorated bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 20 people sharing. All our rooms have en suite bathrooms. In the enclosed garden area, with lush green grass surrounding the pool, you can relax in an oasis, within our harsh but fascinating semi-desert region. Home to several national & world Paragliding records.

Directions to Potties B&B

NATIONAL DIRECTIONS : - De Aar is off the N10, in between 'Britstown (52km)' & 'Hanover (58km)'. Britstown is on the N12 & Hanover is on the N1

Traveling from Cape Town : - take the N1 to Three Sisters, then N12 to Britstown. Just after Britstown turn right onto the N10 to De Aar
Traveling from Johannesburg : - take the N1 to Bloemfontein; then N8 to Petrusburg, then R48 to Koffiefontein, Luckhoff, Petrusville, Phillipstown & De Aar
Traveling from Kimberley or Bloemfontein : - take the N8 to Petrusburg & then follow the directions as above from R48

Once in De Aar : - Voortrekker Road is the Main road through De Aar & Hoop Street is off this road.
If coming in on the R48 from Phillipstown - keep straight over Voortrekker which becomes Hoop Street. Once in Hoop , +/- 200m down, on the right hand side is the guest house. (Crn. Hoop & Cilliers)
