Summary:
Umhlanga Rocks is situated some 25 minutes from the main Durban International airport, just 12 kilometers north of downtown Durban. The promenade is ideal for those people who like to walk or jog and is about 4 kilometers long, with spectacular scenery, open air restaurants and the occasional sighting of dolphins and whales.
Theme:
The lodge has special arrangements with several first class restaurants and leisure resorts where Flamingo residents enjoy special discounts.Flamingo Lodge have recently upgraded their facilities with the objective to make the lodge more attractive and comfortable for all their guests. The bedrooms have been re-decorated and all carpets have been replaced with beautiful tiles. The bathrooms have all been fully renovated and modernized by installing brand new shower doors.
All the beds have been replaced with modern beds that can be easily converted from 2 single beds to a King size double bed.

We can organise all your tourist requirements or business needs through our reception where the friendly staff will do what they can to make your stay a memorable one. All bedrooms' balconies have been renovated with new furniture and fencing to create a private retreat.
Property Description:
Park your vehicle in our safe car park and you are within a 2 minute walk to the beaches and the various first class restaurants and shopping facilities that the Village has to offer.
Each of the 7 tastefully decorated bedrooms all have their own en-suite bathrooms/showers, as well as their own private patios. All rooms are equipped with satellite Television, Safes, Tea/Coffee making facilities and individually controlled air-conditioners and fans.
The whole lodge is "An Internet Hotspot" so people with their own wireless computers enjoy free internet facilities.
The lodge provides for an Honesty Bar for guests as well as an Internet Café, where guests can download their digital pictures onto disks.
A full English Breakfast is served outside on our balcony with great views of the sea.
