Property Description:
The House is a luxurious boutique guest house comprising ten large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. The rooms are superbly appointed and all have balconies or patios.
The establishment provides conference facilities in two venues providing seating for up to 12 and 22 delegates respectively. The guest house is also an ideal venue for private cocktail parties and corporate functions for up to 50 guests.
Room 1 - The "Garden" room
The “Garden” Room is a spacious double en-suite bedroom (approximately 32 m²) with own kitchenette and table with seating for 4 persons. The room sleeps 2 people. A comfortable sleeper couch provides additional sleeping accommodation for up to 2 children. A baby cot is available on request.
The room provides direct access to its own private patio and garden. The lovely fountain and cultivated flowerbeds provide the ideal setting for a relaxed and peaceful stay.
The bathroom contains a separate shower and Victorian bath. Bathroom amenities are provided at no extra charge.
The bedroom is furnished in period furniture sourced in the Western Cape and contains the following items:
• Television with private channels
• Hair dryer
• Alarm clock
• Reading lamps
• Magazines
• Two wingback chairs
• Cupboard and chest of drawers
• Writing desk and chair
The kitchenette is suitable for preparing light meals and contains the following items:

The bar fridge is fully stocked with beverages and snacks available.
Rooms 2 and 3 – “Mountain View” rooms
These two spacious en-suite double bedrooms (each approximately 26 m²) with own kitchenettes sleep up to 2 people each. Each room provides direct access to its own private balcony with views of the Hottentots-Holland mountain range.
The “Mountain View” rooms further contain the same further features as the “Garden” room.
Room 4 – “Roof-garden” room
This spacious en-suite double bedroom
(approximately 26 m²) with own kitchenette provides direct access to its own private roof-garden patio. The lovely setting provides the ideal environment for a relaxed and peaceful stay.
The Roof Garden rooms contain the same further features as the “Mountain View” rooms.
Room 5 – “Courtyard” room
The “Courtyard” Room is a spacious double en-suite bedroom (approximately 32 m²) with own kitchenette and table with seating for 4 persons. The room sleeps 2 people. A bunk bed (or baby cot, if necessary) is provided on request for up to 2 children.
The room provides direct access to its own private balcony and overlooks the garden courtyard. The lovely fountain and cultivated flowerbeds provide the ideal setting for a relaxed and peaceful stay.
The Courtyard room contains the same further features as the “Garden” room.
Rooms 6 to 10 – The "Pool" facing rooms
These superbly appointed rooms all have air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and fully stocked mini bars. Approximately 25m² in size, these rooms sleeps two people.
The French door of each room provides direct access to the perfectly manicured formal gardens and pool area of the guest house.
The bedroom is furnished in period' furniture sourced in the Western Cape and contains the following items.
