Property Description:
Guests may choose from four large and charmingly appointed cottages: Birdsong Cottage, Pomegranate Cottage, Arum Lily Cottage & Lavender Loft, and The Tree House - all self-contained and tranquil, set in their own gardens, fragrant with roses and herbs.
You may also choose to have breakfast served on your own private garden verandah, or in the rose-filled courtyard of the main house. For other meals you may wish to take advantage of the excellent self-catering facilities. Perhaps indulge yourself with a memorable gourmet dinner, provencal in feeling, preceded by conversation by the fire in Winter, and in Summer, drinks in an alfresco ambience.
All four cottages accommodate two guests but some can be made inter-leading. All have private entrances and offer you a holiday you will remember for the beauty of your surroundings and the calm, courteous, caring hospitality.
There is also a Spa at De Kuilen Country House. Our aim at the Spa is to offer comfort, tranquility and excellent hospitality for everyone in the family, for every month of the year. The Spa at de Kuilen is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The holistic philosophy aims to harmonise mind and body in an environment of pure relaxation. This is a place to find inner calm, where you can simply relax your mind and let go of your thoughts.

| Birdsong Cottage consists of a luxurious bedroom and a separate dressing room which can take a cot. It has an en-suite bathroom with both bath and free standing shower, a very large lounge/dining room with fireplace leading on to the outdoor living area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Birdsong Cottage can be made interleading with Pomegranate Cottage for families. Together, these two cottages can accommodate a family of five (5) - (2 adults and 2-3 small children). Children of all ages are welcome.

| Romantic favorite of honeymooners, Pomegranate is tucked away in a secluded corner of the beautiful gardens. It is beautifully decorated with imported Persian rugs and original art. The en-suite bathroom also has a free standing shower.
The large airy bedroom leads into a conservatory - filled with fragrant exotic plants and orchids where you can relax and enjoy long lazy breakfasts under the southern skies in all weathers.
You can unwind and renew yourself in a pristine sunken Jacuzzi. And for more relaxation the outdoor terrace is also totally private with fountain, roses, herbs, tall trees, a hammock, many magazines and coffee table books.
