Clinch Self Catering is a spacious modern 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated midway between Durban and Umhlanga Rocks. Within quick and easy access of many popular beaches, first class shopping malls, fine restaurants, choice of 2 casinos and also uShaka Marine World. We are about 10 minutes away from Durban and Umhlanga Rocks main beaches, Gateway Theatre of Shopping and Suncoast Casino. La Lucia Mall is 5 minutes and uShaka Marine World is 15 minutes away. There are several popular restaurants/pubs within walking distance. There are also two, lovely new 1 bedroom flatlets named Cosy Nest and Cosy Nook, each comprising - Bedroom with kingsize or 2 single beds. Lounge with sleeper couch suitable for 2 small children or 1 adult. Open plan kitchenette. Shower, basin and toilet. DSTV - B 'n B Bouquet. SEcure off road parking. 		We enjoyed our stay at Clinch Cottage very much. We found it clean and comfortable and very affordable. The owners were helpful but unobtrusive. Because we were there for 10 days we found having a self catering unit very helpful. The cottage is also serviced so it was wonderful to come back to a clean cottage each evening. It is also very centrally situated so we found it very easy getting around to all the places we wanted to be. If we are ever down in Durban again we would definitely consider Clinch Cottage a good place to stay.

		The cottage is basic, comfortable, neat and clean. It is close to shops, La Lucia Mall and the beach. Ideal for people wanting a reasonably priced self-catering place to rest after a long day on the beach. Owners are pleasant and non-intrusive.
