Directions
|
From Johannesburg, follow the N4 east. Turn off onto the R33/R540 at Belfast. Continue on the R540 to Lydenburg. At T junction just before Lydenburg turn right then left onto the Weltevreden road (dirt). Travel for 19kms, turn left at Calverton sign - reception 800m down forestry road.

Overview
| Furnished in tasteful elegance, are stylish, comfortable and the ultimate self catering getaway. Warm African colours, original paintings / sketches and well selected African artefacts gives each lodge its own special ambience which is further enhanced by an open fire place in the living area. Glentana is situated next to a small side stream and Sherbrook close to the river. Each lodge has 4 double en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bathrooms have a shower and bath and the other two bath only. Glentana has four double beds - 2 king size and 2 queen size. Cots are not available but we can provide up to 2 single beds with bedding for each lodge. The kitchens are well equipped and have a microwave and electric oven. Glentana has a 380 litre fridge and a small deepfreeze in the trout room. There is a weber for braai facilities with charcoal and firelighters being supplied as well as a gas skottel, all linen, hair driers in each room, cleaning materials, soap, shampoo, firewood etc. In short, all one needs to bring is your food and refreshments. And to help you de-stress - enjoy a complimentary sherry on your arrival. DSTV, DVD/CD player and books are all available for use by the guests. Cell phone reception is available at the Eskom pole at the entrance to the property and near Sherbrook. |

Sherbrook a 360 litre fridge/freezer in the kitchen and a smaller fridge/freezer in the trout room. There is a weber for braai facilities with charcoal and firelighters being supplied as well as a gas skottel, all linen, hair driers in each room, cleaning materials, soap, shampoo, firewood etc. In short, all one needs to bring is your food and refreshments.
