Theme:
The Magaliesburg River, being a stones throw away, offers the potential for some of the best Trout fishing in the area. For those who wish to relax, the pool and lounge/library are ideal places for sitting back and reading a good novel. In winter, the underfloor heating and fireplaces make it the perfect cozy retreat. There is also a Snooker Table for some extra entertainment.

Surrounded by majestic trees and exquisite gardens, Budmarsh is a bird lover’s paradise, and an ideal wedding venue. For all those exercise enthusiasts there are also a number of hikes to choose from in the surrounding areas.
Soak up the warm African sun and listen to the calls of the resident birds while you relax by the pool. Comfortable loungers provide the ideal place for you to lie back and read your book.
Property Description:
The eighteen rooms as Budmarsh are individually designed and offer guests a unique experience. Each room offers one or more of the following: a fireplace, outside shower, jacuzzi bath or balcony. All rooms are furnished with baths and showers, antique furniture, king size beds, super down duvets and underfloor heating, heated towel racks, Satellite TV and Internet connections, books and magazines, gowns and umbrellas.
The lodge is fitted with an easy access ramp to the whole ground floor which is on the same level. Special bathroom facilities are provided. Although the staircase is wide, access is not easily available to the conference room.
Budmarsh Lodge prides itself in providing the best service and facilities at a very competitive rate. Very few five star hotels, with comparable standards in cuisine and accommodation can boast the same value for money.
Our rooms are split into two groups and are based on room size. All rooms provide the same standards of luxury and similar facilities.

Directions
Johannesburg North to 14th Avenue
If you are coming from the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, take either the M1 North, Nicol Highway, Hans Strydom or Beyers Naude roads and join the Western Bypass or N1 South. Continue pass Rivonia, Fourways, Hans Strydom and Beyers Naude offramps until 14th Avenue. Take off the 14th Avenue offramp.
Johannesburg South to to 14th Avenue
Take the M1 south, N12 West until you join the Western Bypass or N1 North. Continue pass Gordon Avenue
until 14th Avenue. Take the 14th Avenue offramp.
14th Avenue to the R 563
At the offramp from the north, turn right. The pass under the bridge, pass the onramp and then take the M47 or
Hendrick Potgieter road. Continue along this road, pass Makro and Little Falls until you reach a T junction with the R563 road from Krugersdorp. Turn right onto the R563
Pretoria or Midrand to the R 563
Take the N14 or N1 until the R28 or Krugersdorp Highway. Continue until the robots at the intersection of the M47 and the N14. At the intersection turn right to continue with the N14 until you reach the T junction with the road R563 from Krugersdorp Turn right onto the R563

| This wonderful room has all the luxuries that the other rooms have, but includes a large spa bath, on an outside private garden. The spa bath features water heated to 38C, water jets, air bubblers and underwater light, and is kept sparkling clean and blue with ozonator and filters. |
