This 3 star, family run guesthouse offers comfortable accommodation & warm hospitality. Nestled in the majestic town of Phalaborwa, the only town with a gate into the world famous Kruger National Park. Boikhutsong is perfectly situated along the main road to the park and is only a 3minutes drive from the golf course, the park and only a walking distance from the shopping centres.
The guesthouse boasts 10 luxurious, en-suite bedrooms which include 2 adjoining rooms and a family/group room. Each room has a private entrance. It is therefore ideal for individuals/ families/ corporate/ or touring groups as we can accommodate a maximum of 22 people.
Start off your day with your choice of our delectable breakfasts which you can enjoy under the thatched lapa near the swimming pool, in your room or privately in the back garden enjoying the company of a small species of birds. The garden becomes more enchanting after dark. You have a choice of enjoying the pool, having a drink by the lapa while experiencing the breathtaking African sky or you can lose yourself in the back garden and read your book or have your braai (barbecue) in privacy. The lapa is equipped with DSTV (digital television), television, DVD player and an exercise machine for the use of all the guests.
Boikhutsong is also an ideal stop-over for those travelling into Kruger National Park or to Mozambique via the Park. So be exploratory and drive from the bushes of the Kruger National Park all the way to the beaches of Mozambique. Or take a walk in the Kruger Park with an experienced guide and experience the thrill of the Big 5.
Phalaborwa is a dream come true for the adventurous soul. With so much to do, from playing golf, shopping, going on game drives to watching birds in their most natural environment.

Directions

It is approximately 500km (5hrs) from Johannesburg. Driving from the Johannesburg International Airport, you can either choose the N1 to Polokwane, continuing on the R71 passing through Tzaneen and Gravelotte, or you follow the N12 and N4 up to Belfast, continuing to Lydenburg, Hoedspruit then to Phalaborwa. On entering Phalaborwa on Hendrick van Eck Street we are on the right side of the road on 31 Lekkerbreek Street.
