Bingley Place on sea is Camps Bays 5 ***** luxury self-catering, private boutique Villa with prime location, nestling just above the sea with exclusive Barley Bay beach directly below. Fully equipped with all modern conveniences, this elegant 'Grande Dame' of Camps Bay is one of the last remaining original residences built in 1920. Every room in the Villa boasts vistas of Cape Town’s famous Table Mountain, The Twelve Apostles and Atlantic Ocean. The views are like framed paintings ever changing due to weather patterns and the breath-taking sunsets have to be seen to be believed.

The Villa has had a complete make-over from kitchens and en-suite bathrooms to the travertine floors and pool. Directions to Bingley Place
Directions to Bingley Place from the Cape Town Airport:

From the airport take the route N2 Cape Town.

Keep following the signs N2 Cape Town or N2 City.

As you get closer towards the city (approximately 13 kms from the airport), the highway will split. You need to follow the right fork and the roadsign will be: N2 Eastern Boulevard, Cape Town North, CTICC, Waterfront.

This road curls right around the city centre. Keep going straight following the signs M6 Sea Point, CTICC, Waterfront.

The highway will now end and you will start to drive through the city on Buitengracht Street. Just keep going straight following the signs: M62 Cableway.

The road will change names as you keep going straight.
New Church Street, the Kloofnek Road.

When you get to the top of the hill, there is a small traffic circle. Here you go straight, following the signs: M62 Camps Bay, Bakoven.

You will now be in Camps Bay drive that is a long windy road going all the way down to the sea. At the T-junction turn left into Victoria Road. M6 South, Hout Bay.

Bingley Place will be 200 metres along on your left side. Look out for a white garage and a blue sign. The entrance to Bingley-3 is behind the garage and the entrance to Bingley-2 is a little further on.

Antiques, original artworks, and beautiful vintage furniture from the 1920's are creatively coupled with all the modern conveniences you could wish for to make this unit very unique. Overview This 5 star Boutique House is in the most prime position, across the road from Barley Bay beach, is private, exclusive, spacious, secure and is luxuriously furnished with all the modern conveniences you could wish for. It has 2 main bedrooms with full bathrooms en suite and king-sized beds. These two main bathrooms have shutters opening up into the bedrooms so you can bath with a view! The 3rd bedroom with shower en suite and twin beds that, on request, can be made up into a king-sized bed, also has its own private patio with views of the sea and mountain plus a secluded outdoor Victorian bath in the garden for bathing under the stars! All bathrooms have heated towel rails and bedrooms, where only percale linen is used, have heater panels, hair dryers, fans, clock/radio/CD players with i-pod connections. The modern open plan, well-equipped kitchen has a magnificent view out over the sea, looking through the spacious sitting room with fireplace, large LCD TV, DSTV (Satelite) DVD and surround sound music centre, to the frameless glass balcony, which can be opened up completely to bring the sea and mountains right into the house! The open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen are air conditioned/centrally heated, fans and telephone.
