Our self-catering forest lodges with their own pool and braai areas offer that perfect bush getaway or family holiday. Our breakfasts are legendary, evening meals and South African braais by prior notice. Quad bike safaris available exclusively for our guests to explore our 100 acre estate. Take the R340 off the N2 and drive for 18km and turn left on to a good dirt road marked (Uplands) and Bellamanga is 1.5km on the right.

Overview	This bright, spacious Colonial room with its wooden floor and beams has that old African feel about it. Very large ensuite bathroom with bath and double power shower. DSTV & DVD player, coffee/tea making facilities, heater, fan and hairdryer in the room. A full farmhouse breakfast is included. Evening meals and typical SA braais (bbqs) - 24 hours notice. NO CHECKIN/OUT XMAS/NEW YEAR'S DAY.

Forest Lodge 1 - UNGRADED, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5

Overview	This spacious self-catering fully equipped two-bed en-suite log cabin with TV is in secure landscaped gardens overlooking our forest. It is an ideal bush escape for both families and friends. One seeper couch in lounge available for children. There is a large pool and a braai area fully stocked with wood from our forest. A huge stoep on which to braai or doze in the hammock. Maid service and breakfast at an extra cost. NO CHECKIN/OUT XMAS/NEW YEAR'S DAY.
Bed configuration	2 queen sized beds plus 1 3/4 size sleeper couch suitable for young children. Max. stay - 1-3 nights (depending on season)

Forest Lodge 2 - UN-GRADED, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5

Overview	Fully equipped self-catering two bedroomed en-suite converted stone cottage from original farm building has a braai area (fully stocked with wood from our forest). There is a large stoep(terrace) on which you can either doze in the hammock or view our Nguni cattle, retired horses and wildlife. A cot is available upon request. Maid service and breakfast can be arranged at an extra cost. NO CHECKIN/OUT XMAS/NEW YEAR'S DAY.

Overview	This spacious three bedroomed fully equipped wooden home with TV is set in safe landscaped gardens overlooking our forest, there is a large pool and a braai area fully stocked with wood from our forest. This lodge has a huge stoep where you can either doze in the hammock or view the wonderful bird and wildlife we have here alongside our Nguni cattle, and retired horses. Overview	This very spacious en-suite thatched rondavel was converted from a very old water dam and is decorated in a typical African style adn is ideal for families with children. There is a king size bed, two bunks and a sleeper couch. There are coffee/tea making facilities, heating, hair-dryer and a fan. The room overlooks the pool and has garden views. A farmhouse breakfast is included. Evening meals and typical SA braais - 24 hours notice. NO CHECKIN/OUT XMAS/NEW YEAR'S DAY.

Overview	These recently renovated heated garden suites from original farm buildings each have their own fully equipped kitchenette and sitting room with DSTV & DVD player, en-suite bathroom or power-shower room.
