Bay View is situated on the seafront in Hermanus, the heart of the beautiful Cape Whale Route.
This luxurious penthouse offer guests uninterrupted sea views and is centrally located, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and the famous craft market. Enjoy watching the whales play in the ocean from the comfort of the sea-facing balcony and bedrooms.

The penthouse has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suite. The main bedroom has breathtaking sea views and a door leading onto the outside balcony. The main en-suite provides a bath, shower and twin basins. The second bedroom has a lovely bay window overlooking Walker Bay and has access to the balcony. The en-suite has a shower. The third bedroom has mountain views and the third bathroom comes with a shower.

The comfortable lounge and dining area has large sliding doors leading onto the balcony with built-in barbeque and outside dining area. Enjoy a meal or drinks while watching the sun set over the horizon. The lounge is equipped with DSTV, VCR and CD player. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Under floor heating creates warmth on the cold winter days. A double garage provides secure off-street parking. All linen and towels are provided.

Hermanus is the best land based whale watching destination in the world. It also offers great beaches, mountain walks and excellent wine farms for wine tasting.

Directions to Bay View

From Cape Town follow the R43 into the centre of Hermanus Village
Turn RIGHT into Park Lane at the SHELL GAS STATION
Proceed 100 metres to the T junction, then LEFT into Marine Drive
Proceed 10 metres then Left again and drive towards the security entrance
Enter through the security gate to the parking area of 45 Marine Drive
Make your way either in the lift and turn right to No 16 or up the stairs to the top floor and there you will see No 16.
