Directions to Annabel's
Follow N1 from Cape Town and turn off at Ext 39 Klapmuts/ Stellenbosch offramp. Follow the R304 to Stellenbosch. Once in town turn right into Dorp Street and after the circle turn left into Andringa Street. Jan Cat's is on the corner of Church and Andringa Streets.

Fantastic location.The bed linen and towels are of good quality. The soaps and hand wash liquid were all new and full.

We are naturally always grateful for feedback from our guests regarding their experiences and endeavour to improve wherever and whenever we need to do so.

We did have the broken window handle repaired after we were notified thereof. Had we been made aware of this earlier, we would of course have attended to it immediately.

I need to make it absolutely clear that I never asked the guests not to make use of the air-conditioner due to the high electricity cost. I did, however, request upon check-in that they switch the air-conditioner off if they were going to be out all day. It stands to reason that the air-conditioner was installed with the purpose of making our guests comfortable. I am sorry if they misunderstood what was said to them. Furthermore kindly note that the fan was checked and is in fully functioning order.

As for the insect repellant, we will gladly attend to that and appreciate the feedback.
