Flatrock Suites consists of luxurious, two- and three-bedroom apartments located in one building with secure parking, access controlled security and a Reception with concierge service.

609 Flatrock Suites is a Two bedroom, Two bathroom city facing suite/apartment.
This luxury serviced apartment has been perfectly prepared for both holiday makers and corporate travellers. The apartment boasts two beautiful and comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a separate bath (second bathroom) and shower (main en-suite bathroom). The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has an electronic safe, hairdryer and ceiling fan.

Guests can experience the magic of Cape Town from the private balcony. The lounge is equipped with a 94cm LCD television, satellite TV and DVD player and under floor heating.

The lounge, dining area and kitchen are open plan. The dining room table seats six guests. This area is ideal for intimate dinners or small business meetings.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with the following: washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
609 Flatrock Suites is fully double glazed considerably reducing city noise.

Secure undercover parking is provided at no additional fee and 24-hour access controlled security is provided.
Children are welcome. A baby cot can be supplied to you, at no additional fee, should you need it. Please do specify this when making your booking.

Great care, time and attention are given to housekeeping, décor and maintenance of the apartment. Daily Housekeeping is therefore included in the price. We also provide hotel style linen and towels of outstanding quality.

Directions to 609 Flatrock Suites
From Cape Town International Airport follow the N2 motorway towards Cape Town City Centre.
Continue along the N2 for at least 15 – 20 minutes, direction Waterfront.
At the first set of traffic lights, at the end of the highway, the road becomes Buitengracht Street with the Cape Town International Convention Centre on your LEFT.
Continue straight on into Buitengracht Street towards Table Mountain.
Turn LEFT at the 5th set of traffic lights, into Wale Street.
Turn RIGHT at the 3rd set of traffic lights, into Long Street.
Turn RIGHT at the 3rd street into Buiten Street.
