3 Plumtree Villa is a beautiful, spacious, double volume architect designed home with wonderful indoor - outdoor flow onto a pool area with breathtaking views.
Master bedroom–double volume air-conditioned with king size bed, satellite TV, under floor heating, direct access to sunny patio and pool, an open plan en suite marble floored bathroom with Victorian bath and extra large shower.
Second bedroom – naturally cool in summer with queen size bed, satellite TV, electric heating, direct access to private leafy patio facing mountainside garden, an en-suite shower and toilet
Third smaller bedroom with double bed, fan, electric heating and a full separate bathroom with views
There are also 2 double sleeper couches for those extra guests who may need to stay over.
All bedrooms are well lit with hair dryers and quality cotton bedding.
We have equipped the kitchen and entertainment areas with all that you may require.

Directions to 3 Plumtree Villa
From Cape Town International Airport:
Take N2 to Cape Town. Take the M3 exit to Muizenberg. This goes past the University of Cape Town on your right hand side. At the first and only traffic light you come to since leaving the airport, turn right towards Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and follow the M63. Follow this road until you come to a T-Junction. Turn right and follow this road to the Constantia Nek traffic circle. Miss the first turn-off (you go 3/4 around the circle) and take the road to the left going down the hill to Hout Bay. Exactly 4.3 km from the traffic circle turn left up Hughenden Road. The road bears to the left and becomes Whittler's Way. Take the first right off Whittler's Way onto Cherry. At the T-Junction (Plumtree Avenue) turn left and then immediately right again into Plumtree Close. We are the first blue house on the left hand side, number 3 - palm trees in the front.
